Electric Time Company, Inc of Medfield Massachusetts has been manufacturing tower and street clocks (yes we actually make things) since 1928 with tens of thousands of projects located on all continents of the world seeks an individual with accounting experience to handle data entry and financial transactions using manufacturing ERP software (Made2Manage), specifically but not limited to;
- Managing Accounting Payable & Receivable
- Payroll
- Daily financial entries – such as recording payments, invoicing, adjustments and reporting.
- Sales and use tax reporting
- End of periods closing
- Order Entry and Freight dispatching.
- Basic Human resource duties – such as hire documents, compliance, sick leave, vacation accrual, health insurance, disability insurance and worker’s compensation.
- Experience with Made2Manage (ERP software) would be helpful but required.
- Weekly electronic check run
- Assisting tax account with preparation of yearly returns

- TIG and,MIG welding in both aluminum and steel , thicknesses ranging from 1/16″ to 1/2 “
- Basic machine skills , drill press, taping , basic milling , rolling machine
- Press brake setup.
- Basic blueprint reading , and layout
- grinding and finishing
